Technology and Product leader with 19+ years of experience building and scaling product-centric companies across B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, InsurTech, and E-commerce.
I work at the intersection of Technology, Product, Data and AI, helping companies scale products, engineering organizations and technology platforms from early stage to high scale.
Over the years, I have built and led global engineering teams, large-scale data platforms, SaaS products and AI-powered systems.
More recently, I have been deeply focused on AI-native product development and AI-first engineering, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, OCR, ML, LLM orchestration, evaluation, observability and production AI systems.
I am particularly interested in building AI that can operate a business, not just become another feature inside a product.

I write about AI, technology, engineering leadership, product building, startups, system design, data, cloud infrastructure and lessons from building and scaling technology businesses.
I am still a hands-on builder. I enjoy writing code, experimenting with new technologies and turning ideas into working products.
That is probably why I continue to get excited about technology even after 19+ years.
